What Are Some Important Content Marketing Funnels

What do you think is the most important reason for people doing content marketing?

When i was in New York last year, I had conducted a small survey for my own research. One of my friend helped me in connecting with some content marketing agencies and through them we were able to fetch some data.

I asked the same question to them "Why people do content marketing?" They handle hundreds of clients and meet thousands of people so i knew that they are the one that can provide me with the right answer.

From their answers, i noticed that most of the people do content marketing for creating funnels. Content as you all know is the base for every funnel out there. Without a proper content strategy no funnels could work or help you in converting people.

Someone from Content Zing PVT. LTD. shared an exact strategy that they showcase among clients. This strategy is enough for them to attract clients and retain them for a long er time. Its all about your funnels and how you keep people flowing through your sales funnels.

You can attract millions of visitors to your blogs or websites but none of them will convert if you don't have any funnels. So, content marketing is just one part of the actual process that happens and your visitors will never know that they are behaving just as you want them to.

There are mainly two phases when it comes to content marketing:

• The Acquisition Phase
• Research Phase

In the acquisition phase your content should work on to bring new people on your side. This can be done by creating content that your target audience is looking for. It includes informative blog posts, videos, graphics and more.

Once the user enters the board then you can nurture them by providing better and high quality content as per their segment.

The second phase is research phase which mainly depends on your data that you got working on the first phase. It involves analytics, reporting and forecasting future results too.
