How I Just Closed a High Ticket Content Client?

The last few days were not easy for me as I was busy refining my client list. Worked on some old tactics to find and list clients.

My brother told me to use Facebook groups as they have the potential to provide regular clients. I seriously never tried Facebook groups for client acquisition. But taking that advice I jumped on my couch with my Macbook pro.

Surfing through some groups, I found a few active ones with thousands of members. Most of the groups were for beginners to train them about some particular skills. My main focus was to join a group with people having their own business or kind of something similar.

After two hours of surfing, I was finally in a group with active members with a business mindset. Instead of spamming the group, I decided to provide some valuable posts for a week. For that, I needed to write some blogs that add value to the user. I shared one post daily for a week and built trust in front of business owners.

They were loving the content that I shared and in just 3 days I got over 10 messages from people that wanted to discuss more about Content Marketing. I discussed with them and finally one of them decided to give my work a chance. I will be helping them create a strategy for their Content Marketing plan.

And, the best thing about that client is that they paid me an advance cheque of 2000$. This is the highest amount that I ever got for an advanced payment. I appreciate the advice that my brother gave me and just because of him, I was able to try Facebook groups for client acquisition.

I would suggest you too for giving it a try.
